In The Name of Allah, Most Gracious Most Merciful.

All Praise to You, O Allah! The Lord of the worlds. Glory be to You, The Creator, The King of the Kings,  The Most Magnificent, The Irresistible,  The All Knower, The All Hearer, The Most Benevolent and The Most Generous.

O Allah send Your Blessings to the final prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his household as you have blessed the prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and his household.

I bear witness that there is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is His messenger.

O Allah, O The All Forgiver, O The Most Kind, forgive me my sins...for I truly have wronged myself. If not of Your Mercy verily I will be forever in the darkness, deprived from your Mercy. O Allah, I have done so many sins, I have wronged myself so many times, yet You keep on giving your provisions to me and my family. O Allah I am ashamed with myself, I ask forgiveness from You and You alone O Allah. Forgive me, guide me, and let me not be one of the losers.

O Allah, forgive my parents and bless them. Shower them with Your Mercy and Pleasure, be kind to them as they have been kind to me when I was young, lift the burdens on their shoulders, guide them to your path, accept their deeds, take out their sorrow and place happiness in their hearts. O Allah forgive their sins and grant them the delights of your eternal garden, for You the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 

O Allah, my intention to write this is solely for Your Pleasure. I seek no reward except Yours. Guide me, teach me and help me undertake this task. Verily from You I belong, and to You I will return.
